Position Title: Senior Digital Marketer / Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Senior Digital Marketer / Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of strategic marketing initiatives and lead execution across digital platforms.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to strategically plan, coordinate, and optimize paid digital campaigns, email marketing workflows, and influencer collaborations. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative insight and analytical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and align marketing initiatives across departments to ensure message and brand consistency.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Facebook / Meta Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
LinkedIn Ads
Twitter (X) Ads
Continuously monitor performance metrics; develop actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and propose new strategies to enhance brand reach and conversions.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging.
Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on email marketing campaigns.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative promotions.
Prepare monthly marketing performance dashboards for leadership review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Strong command of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic decisions.
Strong coordination, execution, and cross-team communication skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, GHL , Brevo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
Experience managing influencer collaborations
