Role Overview

Digital Auxilius Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and optimize our server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, backup operations, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux systems, automation, and IT compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Servers & Systems Management

• Maintain and administer Windows Server 2022–2025 including AD, DNS, IIS, DHCP, Group Policies, and NPS.

• Manage Dell PowerEdge servers, virtualization stacks, and enterprise storage.

• Maintain Ubuntu servers, Nginx, PHP applications, and system-level services.

• Oversee the complete SSL certificate lifecycle (Let’s Encrypt, internal CA, Cloudflare tunnels).

• Automate deployments, updates, and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce ISO 27001 controls for access, patching, asset management, and incident handling.

• Maintain system logs, audit trails, baseline configurations, and compliance documentation.

• Manage endpoint security, certificate policies, and OS-level hardening.

• Lead incident response, containment, and root cause analysis from the system side.

Backup & Recovery

• Manage Veeam backups, replication schedules, and storage policies.

• Conduct routine restore testing and integrity verification for DR readiness.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Operations & Support

• Act as the L3 escalation point for server and system-related issues.

• Maintain hardware inventory, license records, and asset documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system-related support.

• Maintain detailed documentation of system procedures and configurations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise system administration.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), virtualization, and storage.

• Proficiency with Veeam Backup & Replication.

• Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001 compliance and documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities across OS, authentication, and virtualization layers.

• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Availability for off-hours maintenance and critical incident handling.
