Job Summary:

Digital Auxilius is in search of a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our US-based client. As the Executive Assistant to US Client, you will play a pivotal role in managing communications, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of various projects. This position requires a proactive individual with outstanding organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the US-based client, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for client meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and resolution of client inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
  • Manage expenses and budgets related to client engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized assistance as required.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the client or management team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with US-based clients or in an international setting is a plus.
