About Us:
We are seeking a skilled Network & Systems Administrator to manage and secure our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for network operations, server and system management, security enforcement, backup and recovery, and IT operations oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration
Manage Fortinet firewalls, including policy control, DPI, IPS, web/content filtering, and SD-WAN routing.
Configure and maintain Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco WLC controllers.
Operate multi-ISP SD-WAN, failover routing, and IPSec tunnels.
Implement 802.1X authentication with NPS/RADIUS and dynamic VLAN assignment.
Maintain captive portal environments and secure Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz).
Monitor bandwidth, latency, and interface performance using Zabbix.
Diagnose routing, VLAN, or authentication issues at the packet level.
Servers & Systems
Maintain Windows Server (2022–2025) services: AD, DNS, IIS, DHCP, NPS.
Manage Dell PowerEdge servers, virtualization platforms, and storage infrastructure.
Maintain Ubuntu servers, Nginx, and PHP web applications.
Manage SSL lifecycle (Let’s Encrypt, internal CA, Cloudflare tunnels).
Automate routine administrative and deployment tasks via scripting.
Security & Compliance
Enforce ISO 27001 controls: access management, patching, asset tracking, and incident handling.
Maintain logs, audit evidence, and baseline documentation.
Manage endpoint security, certificate policies, and port restrictions.
Operate Fortinet IPS and DPI modules for active threat detection.
Lead incident response, containment, and root cause analysis.
Backup & Recovery
Manage Veeam backups and replication.
Perform regular integrity verification and restore testing.
Maintain full recovery documentation for all critical systems.
IT Operations & Leadership
Lead IT staff: assign tasks, verify completion, maintain procedure documentation.
Operate osTicket or equivalent helpdesk platform with defined SLAs.
Serve as L3 escalation point for network, system, and security incidents.
Track vendor SLAs and coordinate with ISPs and service providers.
Maintain hardware inventory, license records, and configuration maps.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in enterprise systems and network administration.
Strong expertise in Fortinet (firewall, DPI, IPS, filtering, SD-WAN) and Cisco environments.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Veeam backup operations.
Proven experience maintaining ISO 27001 compliance.
Deep troubleshooting skills across network, authentication, and virtualization layers.
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Availability for off-hours maintenance and incident response.
