Job Overview:

As a Webflow Developer, you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to build responsive, SEO-optimized websites. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure cohesive and efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, design, and maintain websites using Webflow.
• Customize Webflow templates and components to meet project requirements.
• Create responsive and cross-browser-compatible designs for optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and ensure seamless website functionality.
• Implement website updates, performance optimizations, and SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to deliver cohesive results.
• Monitor website security, perform updates, and maintain backups.
• Research and implement innovative solutions to improve website usability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in Webflow development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

• Experience working on Healthcare or IT industry projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Medical knowledge is a plus.
