Business Analyst / Project Manager (SaaS / Agile)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager who can confidently bridge the gap between clients and development teams. This role demands strong ownership of requirements, documentation, sprint execution, and delivery coordination within a SaaS / Agile environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, translating discussions into precise documentation, and ensuring the development team delivers exactly what was agreed—fully documented and traceable.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Requirement Ownership
Engage with clients to understand business needs, goals, and pain points
Lead requirement discussions, discovery sessions, interviews, demos, and client calls
Convert client inputs into clear, complete, and approved requirements
Present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and extract critical details from discussions
Business Analysis & Documentation (Core Focus)
Write detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Impacted Areas
Prepare, maintain, and control:
BRD / BSD
FSD / SRS
User Stories & Task Breakdown
Change Requests
MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) after every client and internal meeting
Ensure 100% traceability from requirement → user story → task → delivery
Project Coordination & Delivery
Break requirements into development-ready tasks
Assign tasks to the development team and clarify scope
Track progress using JIRA or similar tools with daily follow-ups
Ensure tasks move accurately through To Do → In Progress → Done
Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and scope creep
Agile & Sprint Support
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure sprint commitments are clear, realistic, and achievable
Support release planning and delivery timelines
Quality Assurance & UAT Support
Coordinate with SQA to ensure requirements are tested accurately
Support UAT planning, execution, and client sign-offs
Validate delivered features against documented requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role (SaaS experience preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field
Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Documentation: Excellent technical and business documentation skills
Communication: Strong verbal and written English with confidence in client-facing discussions
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and delivery-focused
