We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a proactive approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google. They will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing efforts across various departments, leveraging their experience to drive engagement, conversion, and brand visibility. Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactively identify and implement new marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align content with advertising strategies.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email content.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers for marketing partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in digital advertising and marketing.
  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative in driving marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus.
