What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally in a software/tech environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for building high-performing, engaged teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
