About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, animation, and video editing, with experience creating engaging content for SaaS products, brands, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and marketing videos.
- Design and animate SaaS explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content.
- Edit videos with engaging transitions, typography, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
- Work with scripts, storyboards, UI designs, and creative briefs to develop compelling visual stories.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video content.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, or Video Editing.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency is required.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating SaaS explainer videos or product videos is a strong advantage.
- Good video editing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand feedback and work independently.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, tech, or digital products.
- Experience creating UI/product animations and explainer videos.
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation or Blender/Cinema 4D.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools for video and motion design.
AI-Assisted Video Production
- Utilize AI tools to improve video production speed, quality, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
- Use Higgsfield AI for AI-assisted video generation, visual effects, motion, creative experimentation, and content enhancement.
- Use Vizard AI for video repurposing, short-form content creation, captions, and social media optimization.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce repetitive manual work while maintaining professional creative quality.
- Ensure AI-generated content is properly refined and integrated into professional video production rather than relying on raw AI outputs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film & Television, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong portfolios may be considered regardless of formal educational background.
- Experience working in an agency, digital marketing, production, media, or creative environment.
Portfolio / Test Requirement
Portfolio or showreel is mandatory and must demonstrate relevant Motion Graphics, Animation, SaaS Explainer, and Video Editing work.
Candidates may be required to complete a short practical test as part of the hiring process.
