Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) (Evening Shift)
Role Purpose
Digital Auxilius (DAX) is expanding its digital marketing efforts to support the growth of its core service lines, including Custom Software Development, AI Automation, and Digital Agency Services. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising initiatives, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
This role will own the complete paid marketing lifecycle—from campaign strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in generating qualified B2B leads through Google Ads while collaborating closely with the Business Development, Creative, and Web Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-performing paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, with additional campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy optimization.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Build and manage campaigns supporting DAX's software development, AI automation, and agency service offerings.
Work closely with the Business Development team to align campaigns with sales priorities and target audiences.
Collaborate with Creative and Web Development teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign assets.
Ensure accurate implementation of conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Click (CPC)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Quality Score
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong expertise in:
Google Search Ads
Display Ads
YouTube Ads
Performance Max Campaigns
Proven experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Experience running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, preferably for B2B service businesses.
Strong understanding of:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion Tracking
UTM Parameters
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working collaboratively with creative, content, and web development teams.
Previous experience marketing technology, software, SaaS, or digital services is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
Google Ads Certifications.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
Experience with CRM integration and lead attribution.
Understanding of B2B lead generation funnels.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
