Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upseller to engage with our existing clients and identify opportunities to enhance their service packages. This role requires strong persuasive skills, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Engagement & Relationship Building – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify their evolving needs.
✅ Upselling & Cross-Selling – Recommend relevant services, upgrades, or additional features to enhance client value.
✅ Market Intelligence – Stay updated with industry trends in the US, European, and Middle Eastern markets to position our offerings effectively.
✅ Sales Strategy Execution – Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted upselling campaigns.
✅ Performance Tracking – Monitor and analyze upselling success rates and work towards achieving revenue goals.
✅ Customer Satisfaction – Ensure clients receive top-tier service, leading to high retention and long-term partnerships.

Who Should Apply?

✔ 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in IT, SaaS, Design or Digital Solutions).
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills with a US, European, or Middle Eastern market approach.
✔ Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or revenue growth from existing clients.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and data-driven sales strategies.
✔ Ability to work night shifts to align with international clients.
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections.
