Position Summary:

Digital Auxilius is looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to help grow our business and keep our clients happy. This role involves working with different teams to meet client needs and joining meetings during US hours. The ideal candidate should be good with technical and people skills and able to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Keep clients satisfied and provide excellent service.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships to retain and gain clients.
  • - Communicate with clients via Teams, phone, and email to understand their needs.
  • - Work with internal teams to quickly and accurately address customer requests.
  • - Resolve client complaints and keep track of ongoing tasks.
  • - Analyze data to understand consumer behavior and adjust strategies.
  • - Stay informed about the company's products and services.
  • - Manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • - Handle multiple projects with a focus on detail and results.
  • - Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • - Adjust work schedules to fit US meeting times.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or account management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in data collection, tracking, and analysis.
  • Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Extensive knowledge of products and services.

Job Status and Schedule:
  • Full-time, onsite, Karachi
  • Monday to Friday from 09 PM to 6 AM
